Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity

The Nu Delta Chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity was founded here at UCF in 1997, with the aim of bringing an aspect to Greek Life that has not previously existed here: a Jewish Fraternity. Since then, our brothers have constantly performed and outperformed themselves in an attempt to become the best Fraternity here at the University of Central Florida.

AEPi was founded to provide opportunities for Jewish men seeking the best possible college and fraternity experience. We have maintained the integrity of our purpose by strengthening our ties to the Jewish community and serving as a link between high school and post-college career life.

What do you love about Hillel?
It’s safe to say that being involved with Hillel has definitely changed my life. I’ve been given so many great opportunities to grow as a leader and person, that it only makes sense for me to try and give back any way I can. I love being Jewish and going to UCF, Hillel is the perfect fit.

What do you like to do besides Hillel stuff?
I like to keep busy for the most part, but when I’m not working on stuff for Hillel, school, or work, I’m probably hanging out with my friends or at the gym.

What has been your favorite Hillel event?
Our Bonfires (what can I say, I like lighting stuff on fire).

Do you have a favorite Jewish food?
Most Jewish food is delicious, but if I had to pick, I’m always ready for some good Falafel or Schwarma.

What do you love about Hillel?
Hillel is a great place for me to call home and I enjoy everything I do. I can spend time at Hillel just hanging out with my friends or when I need a quiet place to do work.

What do you like to do besides Hillel stuff?
I love my work with Hillel, and I’m also active in my sorority Alpha Epsilon Phi, and a member of the UCF mock trial team. I love being able to just relax and watch TV, eat, or be a typical girl and go shopping.

What has been your favorite Hillel event?
My favorite program is our sushi night when we learn to roll our own sushi. It’s a great event and a ton of fun! I always look forward to our large scale events too, which we put on once a semester. They are always a must to check out!

What do you love about Hillel?
I love Hillel because it gives me a fun way to meet new people and be involved with an organization that I care a lot about.

What do you like to do besides Hillel stuff?
My hobbies are hanging out with my friends, reading, shopping, and going to the beach just to name a few. And on tuesday nights you can always find me in front of a tv watching gossip girl, it is definitely my guilty pleasure.

What has been your favorite Hillel event?
Favorite Hillel event was Israel Frenzy, we even had a camel to ride!

Do you have a favorite Jewish food?
So hard to pick just one favorite Jewish food since I love to eat, but one of my top five would have to be potato kugel.

What do you love about Hillel?
Before I became active in Hillel, I really had nothing to do in my spare time and nothing to show for my time in college. I was bored often and hung out with only my same friends from high school. Hillel helped me get involved in community service, intramural sports, participate in activities, and make new friends. I went on Alternative Spring Break to New Orleans with Hillel my freshman year and from then on never looked back. This past November I decided to run for the Vice President of Marketing and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have met so many people, I have gained leadership skills, and not only that, it has been a great learning experience.

What do you like doing besides Hillel stuff?
Shopping, hanging out with friends, and going to the movies.

What is your favorite Hillel event?
Bagel Brunch! At home, we had brunches when I was younger and I loved them because my whole family would get together and catch up on each others lives. Hillel Bagel Brunch acts the same way because everyone has their own interests and it is a great way to catch up. Of course, free bagels don’t hurt either.

Favorite Jewish Food?
Chocolate Covered Matzah, yum!
